Why am I doing this?
Growing up, I quickly realized that to achieve my goals, I would have to make sacrifices and put in the extra work. By playing for a professional club at an early age, I was always surrounded by the best players and the competition for playing time was fierce. Just showing up to team practice everyday would not be enough to reach my goals. Today, I am very happy that I came to this realization at an early age and it has inspired me to train young players that share the same dreams as I did at their age.
This sport has done so much for me. It brought me from a little city in Sweden to the United States. It provided me with a free college education and countless of memories and life changing experiences during my career as a student athlete and professional player.
Since this sport has helped to shape my life in such a positive way, I feel the need and desire to give back to it by helping to set the stage for the next generation of players. I am excited to work with players of all skill levels that want to improve in any area of their game. For me, nothing beats the proud feeling of witnessing my players having their ''aha moment'' when they use the feedback or advice provided and then realize in the following drill how good they are and how much potential they have to improve if they are willing to put in the work.
